When I founded De La Terre, the natural cosmetics scene in Brazil was still almost unexplored territory. Talking about clean beauty was like a distant dream, as natural raw materials were rare and often only sold in large quantities.
But there was something stronger than the limitations: the desire to create clean, vibrant, and accessible beauty.
With each ingredient discovered, each partnership built, a movement was also born. I would divide raw materials, share knowledge with other creators, and little by little, I saw a new perspective on beauty flourish.
Thus, De La Terre grew alongside the awakening of natural cosmetics in the country. Driven by curiosity, love, purpose, and a profound reverence for nature.
Over time, the market matured. Purer, more sustainable, and accessible raw materials emerged, and in 2021 we officially registered our line with ANVISA, using the most modern and effective active ingredients available, always with the intention of combining efficacy, science, and respect for the skin.
It was then that the world of cosmetics experienced a new chapter.
In 2023, the first nano-active ingredients appeared, capable of penetrating the deeper layers of the skin and delivering more precise and lasting results. However, this technology still relies on synthetic preservatives, such as phenoxyethanol, which is completely forbidden in natural cosmetics, making it incompatible with the principles of clean beauty.
It was only in 2024 that this scenario began to change. The molecules became smaller, more beneficial, and, for the first time, encapsulated in vegetable waxes and lipids (oils), free of conventional preservatives. A new generation of regenerative, intelligent, and biocompatible cosmetics for the skin was born.
And it was at this moment that the NanoBioTech line was born:
the meeting of forest wisdom and scientific precision, translated into pure, effective, and highly potent formulas.
The NanoBioTech represents more than innovation: it is the materialization of a dream that began with artisanal alchemy and today reaches the future of green biotechnology.
Each formula carries the essence of this purpose: to care for the skin with the utmost clean technology, respect for life, and a deep connection with nature.
