Warranty, Exchanges, and Returns | De La Terre

At De La Terre, your satisfaction is a priority. Our natural and vegan cosmetics strictly follow Brazilian legislation and are regulated according to applicable sanitary requirements. This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection Code.

1. Exchanges and Returns Due to Withdrawal

  • Period: up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt.
  • Condition: product unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • Mandatory: send with Invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Free gifts are not eligible for exchange.

2. Defective Product

If a manufacturing defect is identified, please contact us immediately.

  • A technical analysis will be performed.
  • If confirmed: exchange, store credit, or full refund.
  • If misuse is found: product will be returned to the customer.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Before shipping: full refund.
  • After shipping: return of the sealed product; shipping costs may be deducted.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the request is approved:

  • Credit Card: chargeback on the invoice or store credit.
  • PIX/Bank Slip: refund to the account holder's bank account or store credit.
