Warranty, Exchanges and Returns | De La Terre Natural and Vegan Cosmetics

At De La Terre Natural and Vegan Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority! We work with reputable manufacturers, distributors, and importers to ensure every product comes with clear and reliable guarantees. See our cancellation, exchange, return, regret, and refund policies below.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Conditions:
    Cancellation is accepted with a full refund of amounts paid if the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • Process for Submitted Orders:
    If the order has already been shipped, we request that the product be returned in its original packaging (unopened) along with the invoice. Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs.

Exchanges and Returns

  • Requirements for Exchanges/Returns:

    • Product must be sent in original packaging.
    • Follow all manuals and accessories.
    • Include a duplicate copy of the invoice or a written purchase statement, justifying the exchange or return.
  • Technical Evaluation:
    Products sent due to defects will be analyzed by our technical department to confirm the existence of a manufacturing defect.

    • No Defect:
      If it is proven that there is no defect, we will send the same product to the customer's address.
    • Need for Repair:
      The deadline for returning the repaired product is up to 30 days, counting from the date it is received in our warehouse.
  • Observation:
    De La Terre is not responsible for defects caused by misuse, as determined by technical assessment. Even within the 7-day cancellation period, we reserve the right to repair the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

Repentance and Withdrawal

  • Flexible Deadline:
    You have 7 (seven) calendar days, from the date of receipt, to cancel the purchase or request an exchange.
  • Return Conditions:
    The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with no signs of use, without any violation of the manufacturer's seal, and accompanied by the invoice, manual and all accessories.
  • Important:
    We do not exchange gifts.

Refunds

The refund process varies depending on the payment method:

  1. Credit Card Purchases:

    • Option to receive a Shopping Voucher for the amount paid, valid for any purchase in our store;
    • Or request a refund on your card statement (the refund may appear on your subsequent statement).
  2. Purchases with Bank Slip or Deposit:

    • Option to receive a Gift Voucher for the amount paid, valid for 90 days from the date of shipment;
    • Or request a refund directly to your checking account (for DOC, the account holder must be the same as the one who made the purchase).

Procedures in Case of Incorrect Submission

If any product is shipped by mistake or exchanged in relation to the order, please contact us immediately via email or by phone (11) 2093-0180. After receiving notification, return the item as instructed. If our fault is proven, we will issue a full refund.
